Saturday, March 13th, 10am - 5pm

Each author will be in charge of their book sales at their booth and will bring their own book stock.

Traditionally published authors will make arrangements with a local book shop to order and sell their books.

There is no additional book sales charge or percentage taken by the Southern Oregon Book Festival organization.

While there will be electrical outlets in the building every person will not be able to plug in. Please make sure that you have your devices charged before the event starts.

Yes there will be Wifi.

Tables and chairs will be provided. Authors will share a 6 foot table, each occupying a 3 foot space of the table with 6 feet of space behind you for displays backdrops or whatever you may need. Spaces will be approximately 3 x 6 per author.

Each 3 × 6 space is $50. If you would like the full 6 × 6 space please let us know in your application.

As of right now we aren’t forseeing that we will have table helpers. Since you are paired up with other authors we are sure that they will not mind watching for a bit. Please secure all of your valuables when you leave your table. Staff will be around in an emergency though. You will get a number for the day of the event in case you need help with anything.

Load-in and setup will be the Friday before the event or Saturday morning. We will have more detailed instructions and a schedule closer to the event date. You will be responsible for unloading your vehicle, and for bringing in your books and materials.

We will be working with a hotel group in Medford to offer 20% off rooms. The link to book will be available soon.
